A very hot restaurant in Phoenix Arrogant Butcher, you can sit at the bar and watch a large group of cooks busy cooking, which is very interesting. . . The dishes with the straps are actually equipped with orange meat, which is very special. . The steak is great, the fire is just right, the mashed potatoes are the most delicious I have ever eaten, none of them. . .

I was there last Sunday, arrived a little after 7 pm.  Band (guy with Billy Jack hat and Company) were wrapping up but after that no more live music for at least the next 2 hours and no signs of anyone setting up.  Staff seemed very confused.  Bar food is bar food.  Beer selection good.  Other choices in Phoenix better.

experience was disappointing. we.called ahead to ask when the music started. was told 6:00pm. got there at 7:30 and no music. told us it would start between 9:00 and 9:30. by 9:30 no one even was setting up. we left. so disappointing. however wait staff was very good, but food was just fair for the price so overall they could do better given that they promote themselves as a music venue.

they did not fulfill their claim to fame

The beer selection is great and the chicken burger is tasty, but the music is awful...Definitely not blues or rock as indicated on their website.  The guy playing on Tuesday night was quite raunchy and we did not enjoy it much.

Do not leave your belongings.  Staff will steal it.  Left a brand new quarter zip purchased at Diamondbacks game.  Went back next day, bartender remembered us and had remembered putting it behind the bar.  Manager remembered it, but does not recall seeing it at end of night.

Dishonest staff

Fun friendly bar that had live band karaoke when I was there. The band was awesome. Very friendly and efficient bar staff. Tons of beer on tap. Highly recommend.
